These recipes don't require fancy ingredients so "quick" and "easy" is the truth. The recipes I've tried so far have received rave reviews from my family, especially Uncle Billy's BBQ Ribs. Looking forward to working my way through this cookbook.

This recipe book covers a wide gamut of different dishes so there's sure to be something to please everyone.
My favorite so far is the chicken cacciatore. Can't wait to try the others.
I always enjoy rich and creamy casseroles at the end of my busy day.Thanks to Alexa. This book offers a wide variety of recipes to choose from. Tried the Creamy Herb Chicken stew for my family; it was absolutely divine. The added bonus of dessert recipes was a nice surprise. I never thought making desserts from a slow cooker before. I look forward to try it out very soon!
I found nothing particularly spectacular in one way or another about this cookbook. The recipes are well organized, the information is presented in a manner that's easy to understand, and there are not as many dishes with non-traditional ingredients. However, there also is not a great deal of information regarding the dishes, and the information is presented in a very traditional manner.
fast easy recipes using the slow cooker and just in time for summer. who wants to spend unnecessary time in the kitchen when the weather gets warm? These are awesome recipes and how do I know? I made the Lemon Garlic Chicken and OMG my 18 yr old daughter and my husband are still raving about it. The best part? The clean up is soooo easy. If you own a crock pot? This recipe book is a keeper. If you don't own a crock pot? Go buy one and get this book.
I love my slow cooker. I never really used it that much up until the last year or so and now that I've gotten in the habit of using it I can't imagine going back to what I was doing before. Slow cookers make your life so much easier - plus the food is so good! And then I found this book to add to my recipe selection - can't wait to try them out! I never thought that the range of meals presented in this book could be created in a crock pot, Alexa is right, I will never look at my slow cooker the same way again.
